Becky is the Property Manager for JCS Property Management. Becky oversees the daily operations of all of JCS Property Management’s functions from tenant questions and inquiries to perspective showings and everything in between.

Property Superintendent

Ethan directs the daily operations of the maintenance team and is responsible for the upkeep of all facilities throughout the JCS portfolio. In addition to directing and helping with daily work orders, Ethan assists with new developments within the JCS Portfolio.

Property Maintenance Technician

Jerry is the Property Maintenance Technician for JCS Property Management. Jerry works closely with the team overseeing all maintenance requests and working hard to keep all of our properties looking great and successfully functioning.

Property Maintenance Technician

Brendon is a Maintenance Technician at JCS Property Management. In addition to daily work orders,  Brendon helps oversees the properties grounds and equipment maintenance to ensure well cared for grounds year round.

Property Maintenance Technician

Andy is a Property Maintenance Technician for JCS Property Management. Andy works closely with the JCS and Great Falls Construction team overseeing maintenance requests and assisting new tenants with their fitups at The Edge in Berwick.
